11- Modern Retreat - The Music City Collection

We had 7 adults staying (6 adults were 3 couples) and the unit was extremely spacious for everyone! The unit was super clean and LOTS of items given in preparation of your stay (two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap with sponge, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, two rolls of paper towels, and soap for bathroom). 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels provided for each bed which was a very nice touch and also black which helps with makeup stains. Our flight came in at 7:30am which was too early for check-in so we did a resortpass at the W Nashville to take advantage of the day and lounged until check-in time by their rooftop pool. They had great drinks and snacks/appetizer type foods. Check-in was seamless. Door code was provided with plenty of time before check-in. And check-out procedures were easy and not cumbersome at all. You can see downtown from the rooftop deck which was so pretty at night! The area is quiet. There is a train that passes by at night a few times every night so if you have a light sleeper keep that in mind. Our heavy sleepers didn't hear it all! Water pressure was great even when multiple people were taking showers. They have a gas water heater so water gets really hot and lasts forever which is nice with a unit that holds so many people. Upon arrival, we did notice that 2nd and 3rd floors were warmer which is normal for a 3-story unit but then realized that the temperature wasn't lowering. We reached out to Laura (contact for our stay) and had someone out the next day and it was fixed. She kept us in the loop of when the AC company had arrived and left after checking with us on their time of arrival if it worked for us which was great! We had a great time visiting Nashville and this unit was nice to come 'home' to every night. We highly recommend this unit!

The house is beautiful and new. Spacious, kitchen fully equipped, and our group of 4 adults each had their own bedroom. Our Host Laura was so very accommodating. Uber to downtown was under $10. Great stay, great space.

The house was a great choice in that it was all very clean, the beds were pretty comfortable, had everything we needed. The best part was the convenient location.
